The project “Rescue and Rehabilitation of Children in Risk Conditions through Education and Skill Training in Mysore city” aims at establishing a safety net for the children at risk conditions in the city of Mysore in Karnataka state in India. The project strives to achieve this goal by providing rescue and rehabilitation services for the vulnerable children such as children on the streets, child labourers, school dropouts and unemployed youth who are living in the streets/slums of Mysore city by integrating the strategies of street presence, rescue operations and rehabilitation services. It aims at providing support to vulnerable children, particularly those who are marginalized or at risk due to various socio-economic factors. The project was started in November 2020.
