A Leadership Skills Workshop was conducted for the 42nd Batch Skill Training students and the Summer Camp 2026 participants by Mr. Raghu, District Childline Coordinator. The session was highly engaging, interactive, and insightful, providing students with a strong foundation in understanding leadership.

Mr. Raghu introduced the concept of leadership by emphasizing essential qualities of a good leader. He highlighted the importance of having a clear goal, effective communication and active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire and support the growth of others. Through relatable stories and real-life examples of great personalities, students were able to connect deeply with these concepts and understand their practical application.
The session also covered various leadership styles, helping students recognize that leadership is not one-size-fits-all, but can vary depending on situations and individuals.
To make the session more impactful, several activities were conducted that promoted critical thinking, and self-reflection.
Overall, the workshop was motivating and enriching. It encouraged students to develop confidence, take initiative, and strive to become responsible and compassionate leaders in their personal and professional lives.
