Laughter Yoga Session for 41st Batch Skill Training Students

A laughter yoga session was conducted for the 41st batch skill training students by the CFC project staff, Mr. Santhosh. The session was organized to support the mental well-being, stress management, and positive outlook of the students.

During the session, students were introduced to the concept of laughter yoga and learned about its origin, history, and benefits. Mr. Santhosh explained how laughter yoga combines intentional laughter with simple breathing techniques to improve physical and mental health.
