Workshop on Child Rights for Summer Camp and 39th batch Skill Training students

A workshop on child rights was conducted by Mr. Raghu, the District Coordinator of Childline Mysuru, for the summer camp and the 39th batch of skill training students. During the session, Mr. Raghu explained the definition of a child and highlighted the five stages of development to adulthood: biological, mental, physical, social, and language development. He emphasized that rights are natural and inherent to every individual. As part of the workshop, students participated in an activity to enact the rights, helping them understand their importance in a practical way. Mr. Raghu also advised the students to make careful and responsible use of technology and highlighted on the topic of personal boundaries.

The session was highly useful for the students as it helped them gain a clear understanding of child rights and their importance. The interactive activities allowed them to actively engage with the concepts, making the learning experience more impactful.
