We celebrated Teachers’ Day with a vibrant and heartfelt program designed by the students of DBM to honor and appreciate the dedicated efforts of their teachers.
The celebration commenced with a serene prayer song performed by the Skill Training students.
In his introductory speech, Fr. Siju Thomas SDB, the Executive Director of Don Bosco Makkalalaya, talked about the significant impact that teachers have on the futures of their students and expressed gratitude for their service to the children.
During his speech, Fr. Devassy, the Director of Don Bosco Makkalamane, emphasized the value of having a mentor and urged the students to heed their teachers’ wise counsel.
Students showcased their enthusiasm and creativity through group dance and solo dance performances and a skit performed by the PUC class students.
The afternoon included a series of interactive games for the teachers and staff members and the winners of the games were honored with medals.
Teachers received thoughtful gifts from students and Fr. Siju, the Executive Director, as a token of appreciation and gratitude.
