There is pressing need to help more poor and needy students to continue their education. We provided educational material consisting of text books, notebooks, geometry box, pencils, pens and lunch box etc. We selected the poor students by personal visits to their homes to assess the family background. We also took inputs from the school head masters to select the students who are doing well in studies. So far, we have provided such support to about 57 students studying in classes from 5th to 10th standard in the areas around Don Bosco Makkalalaya.
