It is with immense joy, I congratulate and appreciate the mission of Don Bosco Makkalalaya. Caring for the poor and needy ‘Anawim of Yahweh’ is the sole motto of this house of education and learning. It is a school of care and love, where irrespective of caste, creed and religion, the children who have lost their hope in life are rejuvenated and a beautiful future is created. The different ministries springing forth from this tiny Institutes are admirable and noteworthy.

Rev. Dr. K A William
Bishop of Mysore

Failure can be converted into a challenge as Don Bosco Makkalalaya has proved in the case of many children. This institution has instilled confidence in many children who could not get through the examinations in the formal schools. I have visited Don Bosco Makkalalaya on several occasions. What is offered there is the need of the society. I wish that this Institute grows and spread far and wide.

Dr. Dharanidevi Malagatti IPS
Principal, Police Training School , Mysore

Don Bosco Makkalalaya Mysore is a unique Institution providing education to the underprivileged sections of society, especially child laborers and school dropouts. I have visited this Institute several times and I was always impressed by the way it is growing. The day begins with meditation and it is a good practice. The atmosphere and order maintained in the Institute do change the students totally and prepare them for their future life.
